Comfortable beds made for restful nights.
The room was poorly cleaned upon arrival. There was makeup on the bathroom floor and dirt in the vent. Additionally, the coffee pot didn't work after multiple attempts, which was frustrating.

The location is great, right in the heart of the Valley of the Sun. The room with two queen beds felt comfortable. The decor throughout the hotel is charming, and the cleanliness stood out, especially in common areas. Check-in was smooth with friendly staff. However, I faced issues with hidden fees. The sudden addition of $150 on top of my room rate surprised me. I didn’t expect that at all. Also, the coffee pot in my room didn’t work. I unplugged it after multiple tries. Despite these inconveniences, I appreciated the warm service and spaciousness of the room.
